One of the things that I enjoy doing after a hard day’s work is to spend time at the grill fixing various dishe’s for my family. We eat a great deal of chicken as a family and I have found that preparing chicken on the grill, whether using a recipe from a cookbook or just following my own intuition is a rather simple task to perform. A simple chicken recipe, but a tasty one, would include the use of various sauces and spices. I like to marinate my chicken with a combination of mesquite sauce, barbecue sauce and some Worcestershire sauce. The longer that you can let these sauces permeate your chicken, the better the finished product will be. Add a bit of seasoning salt to the mix and you are all set to grill. I don’t cut corners when it comes to the kind of chicken that I use. It is always a skinless and boneless chicken breast. That’s the kind my children really enjoy. You never have to worry about any complaints from anyone around the table when you serve a chicken breast. When it comes to the grilling of the chicken, the age-old adage, ’slow and low’ is the way to go. In other words, keep your flame low, and take your time in grilling; otherwise your meat gets tough on the inside and way to charred on the outside. Follow these tips and you will find that the praises will flow your way as the master of the grill.
